Giovanni Pacelli

Giovanni is a finance executive with 30 years of experience spanning FP&A, investor relations, accounting, tax, treasury, capital markets, and M&A. His career experience includes public and private companies from approximately $100M to $10B in revenue and participation in more than $75B of M&A, capital markets, and divestiture transactions.

His background combines technical accounting and tax expertise with enterprise planning, capital allocation, investor communications, and transaction execution. He represented Silicon Labs to buy-side and sell-side analysts at conferences, NDRs, and other events.

Giovanni holds degrees in accounting and business from the University of Texas at Austin. In April 2026, he completed the invitation-only program at the Deloitte Next Generation CFO Academy.
