Tandem Resources Announces TSX Venture Exchange De-Listing and Expected Completion of Initial First Tranche of Transaction

Tandem Resources Ltd. (“Tandem”) (TSX Venture: TDM) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has agreed to Tandem’s request to de-list its Common Shares, on a voluntary basis, from the TSXV effective at the close of trading today. Tandem’s board of directors authorized Tandem to de-list the Common Shares from the TSXV, on a voluntary basis, to enable Tandem to proceed with the Transaction discussed below.
